Fuel pump doesn't 'whirr' when ignition is in 'On' position; gas isn't pumping thru fuel filter. All fuses are good. Could this be the Fuel Pump Relay, or a different issue? We're not in a financial position to buy a $199 new Fuel Pump. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank You and Blessings!
Check the fuse/relay box located on the left side of the dash. You have to open the door first and you should see a small removeable panel. On the back side of the panel is a diagram of which component you are looking for. You can swap out similar relays to test them if you wish. They are not that expensive either.

Hi,
if there is no power coming out from the relay, that will be the problem. as you said it is new, check it manually by connecting the terminal into the power source and check the continuity of the the output from the source.
Sometimes there is new parts that has a manufacturer defect. try another relay.
Hope that helps you out!

Mine was under the steering column but on top of the brain. It is silver metallic and round. Another relay was on the bracket next to it.
