The pcv valve will be on the valve cover. It will have a tube coming to it. You can pull it out to remove it. Shake the pcv valve, if it doesn't rattle, it needs to be replaced.

Is my fuel pump bad even if my car runs with a little help with stepping on gas peddle?

Those aren't fuel pump symptoms. Check the engine coolant temp sensor, clean the throttle body and idle air bypass valve.

When we drive the galant it dies when we dont give it gas. only stay started when we use the gas petal.

Sounds like an issue with the idle air control motor.

The idle air control motor keeps the vehicle running when you are not pushing on the gas pedal.

You need to replace the idle air control motor.

1996 Galant runs rough until gas pedal pressed about quarter way down, then runs fine.Car is running lean. Not sure how to check if fuel pump is working correct,or maybe MAS?

You should have your TPS and EGR looked at as those cause rough idles...Other causes are bad idle air control valve, bad plugs, bad distributor cap & rotor, a bad wire, bad O2 sensor, etc...

Car cuts off when idling at traffic lights when air is being used does not cut off when air is off 2002 Galant

your engine idle not keeping up with the demand when you have the air on.Either have you engine properly tuned up,or turn up the throttle idle to about 750/850 RPM or a little higher if needed.Keep in mind if you have to go through this you need something fixed to make the engine run properly with the A/C on.
