You need to call dealer and provide your VIN# for the code. It's a theft deterrent issue and dealer is only source. After you get code write it down in glovebox w/Sharpie for future refs.

i think you have a faulty starter. If you know where the starter is. you could get someone to knock on it. when you trying to start. Works sometimes. It also could be bad connection to the fuel pump. check/listen if it get fuel. when cranking.
try the simplest problem first spark plugs replace them and then the next thing would be check the ht leads actully check th ht leads are fitted correctly first
