Just idles high at 2500 rpms runs great just high idle
Sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. any air entering engine not passing through the throttle body will cause engine to race. a whistling sound is sometimes a sign of vacuum leak but not always audible. propane is the recommended method finding leak but I find this unreliable. spraying carb cleaner around suspect areas and listening for a rpm change is more successful. just remember carb cleaner is extremely flammable and caution must be used.

Sounds like the idle speed control motor is stuck, this could have been caused by the cleaning.

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak or intake gaskets leaking. Try this. Start the engine and let it reach the idle it want to go to. Get you a can of Brake Clean and spray it around the intake manifold (it on the top center of the engine, you may have to removed a plastic cover) If the engine idle changes up or down then the intake gaskets are leaking hence your vacuum leak. I hope this will help you.

Can be but also check and make sure there are NO vacuum leaks or broken vacuum hoses anywhere on intake. I would also suggest if engine light is on is to take this vehicle to an AUTO ZONE they will check by computer for this problem and let you know for FREE. When you get the code I would be more than glad to help you further. Don't guess you may be wasting money and time. Good luck and thanks for using FIX YA
