We have a Lamona HJA 3650. I have removed the inner glass panel as instructed in the manual to get the marks from the inside of the glass, but the marks are actually inside the sealed glass underneath this panel i.e. there are actually THREE pieces of glass. There seems no way to get the second glass out. The marks looks terrible and if they cannot be removed I will need a new door. Basically, once the removable glass is taken off, you can see there are another two pieces of glass which appears to be completely sealed and the muck is between these two.. any ideas?
The glass you refer to will be laminated and the muck is growing in the plastic that bonds the 2 pieces of glass You will have to replace that piece of glass.
Thank you for your reply. There are actually three pieces of glass on this door in total. The inner glass comes off for cleaning but the other two are a sealed unit so I have no idea how the "runs" have got in after so little use! I have now phoned Lamona spares who inform me that I will need a new door :(

The inner door panel is held in by clips and screw.
Look at the door near the door handle there should be screws holding it in and along the outer edge of the door. Once loose, and the door handle removed or the arm rest removed. The door panel then prys out , because of the clips that hold it on. Then pops out by applying pressure to the panel upward to the top of the door. The clips always break because of the design and plastic.
Good luck
SOURCE: FRONT LEFT WINDOW DOES NOT OPERATE
My window was experiencing the same problem, although it never worked poorly, it only quit working downwards, but went up fine. The trouble was in the switch. Disassembled the switch, re-set the pegs and springs, re-assembled and now everything works fine. I assume one of the pegs simply sprung loose, and would contact the plate when "up"position, but was too far out of reach to contact for "down". If the regulator wasn't the problem, this is much easier to check. Make sure if you do disassemble the switch to keep it upside down when you do it, so as not to loose the pegs and springs within. Hope you found a solution.

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls
