On cold starts Truck starts right away then dies after a second or two fast like it looses spark. Oil, gas, and battery warning lights on dash stay on. heat/ac Blower doesnt work. If i rev the engine real fast before it stalls, the lights on dash go off and everything works fine and I can drive it. Once its warm it starts fine with no warning lights or problems. on occasion it will start cold with no problems but rarely. If I pull out the Charge battery relay then everything works fine and the truck starts with no issues. I replaced relay and same problem. I tested Alternator and it tests good. I am stumped.

I had the same issue on my 99 Trooper.
It would usually start when completely cold, but idle around 2k RPM.
It would drive fine. But if I shut it down, ran into a store, and came back out, it would start but immediately idle.
Had to ride the gas a little to get it into gear.
The Check Engine light has been going on and off for 6 months or so.
I took this to my local trusted repair shop (no Isuzu dealers within 200 miles).
The diagnosed the light, and found that the Intake Gaskets were bad or leaking.
The idling problem was related to the car not being able to control the amount of air coming in.
They replaced the Intake gaskets by the next day, and I haven't had a problem since. And no more check engine light, which has been on half a year.
Here's some details from my bill:

The total cost to me was $345.00, and I definately don't feel gipped.

Having worked for an Isuzu dealer I have seen this a lot with aftermarket alternators from places like auto-zone, napa etc. For some reason they will do strange things in these vehicles. The fix was to get a Isuzu alternator. We did have good luck with Beck Arnly alternators also. We also had a local rebuilder repair some with good luck too. If all else fails get a used one.

Did you find out a solution to your problem? I have a 1996 trooper that is showing most of the same symptoms that you have. I'm curious as to your fix. Was it simply a bad ground?
