2006 Hyundai Sonata brake switche

I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata with approximately 65,000 miles on it. I had a problem with my dash lights coming on (engine, ABS and ESC) and the dealer told me I needed a new brake switch. Is that still covered under my warranty?

Hyundai bumper to bumper warranty is 5yrs 60k miles with 100k powertrain for original owner. unless you have an extended warranty it is not covered. there is actually a tsb for adjustment on the brake lamp switch
