Without factory service manuals to learn the system &
items your having problems with, you can't do a thing

You have no where to start, you know nothing about the vehicle

Always need reference material before you approach any
vehicle.

Checking fuses & relays, doesn't explain your knowledge of
those items, or if you tested them at all

All those problems are on the body side of the vehicle

Thru about 2003 you may have a GEM Module that controls
body items & several relays
You need wiring diagrams to walk down the problems as you
do your testing

It is possible the PCM has all the functions, you can Google that
info.

I thing your beyond your ability without reference material &
experience to resolve, you need repair shop help

SOURCE: Drivers side power door lock will not lock/unlock

most liky your window got left down a few times too many.. what happens is the water or moisture will create corrosion will biuld up inside the switch and once it covers the contact inside it will stop the connection, you can try to take the switch itself apart but 90% of the time you will break the switch opening it up. if you have the time try to clean the contacts if not just replace the switch..
good luck

Yes you'll need to replace them, no wonder they don't blow a fuse been the amps there pulling.

SOURCE: where is the door lock relay located on a 1999

  • Aux Relay Box #4 is in the rear driver's side removable panel with the tire jack.
  • This Relay box holds the Door Lock / Unlock relays (ice cube type). It also holds the Driver Door Unlock Relay and the ACC Lights Relay (rectangular relays).

The relays should be on the fuse panel. There is also another fuse and relay box under the hood.

My 96 Toyota Camrys windows don't go down or the

You need to see a wiring diagram to see how the ignition switch allows or sends power to that 30 amp fuse. The switch may turn on a relay (maybe the ignition relay) that sends power to the fuse panel. Or the run wire out of the switch may itself turn power on at the fuses. You may have a loose connection behind the fuse panel.
Get a test light, pull the fuse, and check for power at the fuse terminals, with key on. One terminal for the fuse should have power. If not, power is lost between the ignition switch and that fuse. If it does have power, and windows still don't work, check the wire from fuse panel to the master switch-loose or poor connections, maybe a partially broken wire. If it looks good, check the ground wire for the windows. The ground wire originates at the master switch and will go back into the cabin to a nearby ground, possibly behind the left kick panel. If still no help, someone may need a volt- ohmmeter to start checking continuity of wires, voltage drops, etc.

What is and where is the body modulator on 2003 ford expedition

Check above the fuse panel on the drivers side. I am not sure what year they changed the GEM Modules location. They were known to get wet and fail. Not sure if yours is in that category. I would have to check at work.

check if the fuses are already busted. fuses are located in your kick panel, just below your steering wheel

Check the power to the power window switch on the driver's side.

Std & SuperCab Engine compartment fuse panel, Fuse # 110 -> Accessory delay relay -> Light Blue w/ Black stripe wire.

If you do not have power at the light blue w/ black stripe wire with the key in the accy or run positions, next would be to pull the accessory delay relay from the cab fuse panel, and bench test it to make sure when power & ground are connected to the coil, that the normally open terminals close. Easy test, power & ground to terminal 85 & 86, ohm meter on terminals 30 & 87.

    sscullys_198.jpg

If the accessory delay relay bench tests good, check for continuity on terminal 87 to the light blue w/ black stripe wire at the window switch.
Another easy route is to install a jumper in the relay socket ( with the relay removed ) as shown in the diagram above, red line. This should have power at the power windows regardless of the key position. If not, the fuse is not good or the wire is broken, most likely in the rubber boot from the a pillar to the driver's door.

What fuse is for the drivers door keypad an a 2003 expedition

In the fuse diagram for the 2003 Ford Expedition, a fuse is not indicated specifically for the "Door Keypad"; However it does show which fuse is needed for the Door Lock and Door Lock/Unlock Relay. Fuse location 30, Fuse amp rating 30a.

If you already have a manual, you will find this information in the table of contents under "Roadside Emergencies" fuses and relays.

If you do not have a user manual, you can download one at http://www.motorcraftservice.com

On the menu to your left, click on "Owner Guides".
In the drop down menus click on the year and the model.
Below those drop down menus is another drop down menu, click which Owner Guide you want. I clicked on "1st printing", as well as "2nd printing". The fuse info was the same on both.

My power door lock switch will not work

If none of the switches work on any of the doors, then it's a fuse/relay problem. If just one switch is the problem then check the power to the switch. Sometimes the wire harness becomes disconnected underneath the switch from slamming the doors. Hope this helps.

Camry 1996 automatic power lock doen't work, but windows work.

if you can here relays when unlocking/locking check for power at door lock actuators inside doors, if you have power on lock/unlock and good earth from connector actuators are faulty.
if no power on test light when operating check output from central door lock module while operating, none coming out of module then it might need replacing.
check 30Amp power fuse for main relay under bonnet (which goes to pin 8 white/blue on module)and 10Amp gauge fuse in cab(pin 1 blue/red on module),pin 15 is also power when relay is on(red/blue) with test light, and module/ actuators.
check outputs from module pin 3 & 4
    blue/red
    blue/black
    that go to door locks
