Give the engine a minute or two to cool down before turning it off. This cool down period allows oil to circulate and cool down the bearings in the turbo. If you shut off the engine immediately after hard driving, the oil can gum up around the hot bearings and create problems down the road.
Hope this helps

My 1993 honda civic si is hard starting when engine is cold but if i already warm it up its easy start. what could be the solution coz im worried about my strter

Are you saying the engine is difficult to crank, or start ?
If it cranks ok but takes a long time to start, the starter is not the problem. You would look at ignition or fuel.

92 mitsubishi libero, engine surges downward in cold air, when accelerator pushed engine suffocates. difficult starting cold.check engine light on when warm, runs fine in warm weather or city driving

DIFFICULT STARTING CAR IN COLD.WOULD BE A THERMO - TIME SWITCH.THE THERMO TIME SWITCH CONTROLS THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE COLD START VALVE IS HELD OPEN BY MEASURING THE COOLANT TEMPERATURE AND UTILIZING A TIME FUNCTION TO PREVENT AN OVER RICH CONDITION.THIS COULD BE MOST OF YOUR PROBLEM.BUT SCAN IT TO SEE WHAT PCM CODE YOU ARE GETTING.

Difficult to start my 92 civic when engine its cold

If it's making a slow roll when it's cold, then it might need a new battery. The normal life expectancy of a car battery is 3 to 5 years.

1.6 sohc vtec...d15b... is it posable

If the block says d15b, it is a 1.5 liter, just as powerful as the 1.6 if you bump the timing up a little bit, but these engines are notorious oil burners and the standard transmissions always eat up their input shaft bearing and growl.

95 civic wont start

An engine needs 3 things to run: Fuel, compression, ignition.

Maybe the timing belt went out. Take off the dist cap and see if the rotor turns as you crank the engine.

Next run a compression test on all the cylinders.
