Stereo stolen out of 00" Expedition and they took the harness

Quit typing in all CAPS, it is considered SHOUTING and RUDE. It is also harder to read!

This seldom works, and the reason is because the radio system and steering wheel controls are monitored and operated by the Body Control Module on the 5 volt Can Bus System. When you connect your new Android box, the computer won't have a clue what is going on! Be prepared for a whole heap of trouble.

More clarification needed.Any chance they put something into the tank or ruined your GAS CAP when they stole it? If they contaminated your fuel,you'll need to drain the tank and replace the fuel filter at a minimum.
Remove the battery cable for 10 minutes and then reconnect them.

Probably blew the marker light fuse due to the light wire for the stereo getting grounded out.
Try to isloate the wires ,or unplug the harness and check the fuses.

Could have crossed wires and blown the fuses. try isolating and electrical taping the wires and then go through your fuses and replace the blown ones.

This may not help as I don't know what color it is, but along with your Power - Accessory wires theres a couple more wires that needs to be hooked to power for the above accessories to work, so I suggest if you havent done so already to hook those wires up and endcap them. You can check which ones are power wires by using a voltometer on them. I had your similar problem and my soultion fixed it.
