Hi there!

You've done the most obvious, and we're still in the process of elimination -
You said -"no fire" so that's completely dead - not even a missfire?

The problem should be at the coil, or 12V side of things.

The coils usually fail at high voltage, - so test OK with a meter, just break down in use as the insulation is defective.
I had a car that was stripped of everything - and it ended up being a defective coil - which is what I suggested in the first place.

Make sure you are getting 12V to the coil with the ignition ON.

If possible test the coil by using the HV output directly to a spark plug (one of the old ones) - then ground the other terminal.
(make sure you have both contacts) You should get a spark when turning ignition on and off.

Any noise from the coil during testing will indicate a fault also.

Check battery condition and clean contacts as a precaution.
Don't shock yourself! - take safety precautions against this.

SOURCE: no,4 plug not fireing changed plug wires.new coil.plug ran good for 100 miles then 4 stop again

You would need to figure out if it is a problem inside the cylinder or with something like the crank-cam sensor firing the coil. I would change the plug again to see if it works for a few days.
Could be a problem with the fuel injector or a vac leak if the plug is firing but no power from that cylinder.

SOURCE: 86 ford bronco 2 no fire to the coil wires that plug into the coil so no fire

This is either a wiring loom issue or a ECU issue.

Truck fires really well but wont start, seems like no fuel

Please define "fire power". Is this just the power from the battery swinging the engine, or did you check if there is a healthy spark on the plug wires? If an engine dies without warning, the chances are very good it is the crank angle sensor in which case there will not be any spark on the wires even though the starter will swing the engine quite lustily without starting.

Y is my 97 chevy only fires on the number one cylender

if you have fire on the number one cylinder,it means that the ignition coil is working so your problem can come from spark plug wire or cap and rotor . unplug the wire from ignition coil to distributor and check for fire you are suppose to have fire because you saying having fire on cylinder one. from there change cap of distributor and rotor plus a set a spark plug wire.
