The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. When the battery goes completely flat, or is disconnected, you just need to reset the Security System which is done via the Remote Fob.

More than likely one of your crash sensors has corrosion or has moisture intrusion. Have light reset at any good shop or the dealer - note if light comes back on then you'll need to have your system looked at.
.. "old style way" :)) - try to disconnect the battery for 10-15 minutes, the radio should reset itself. BUT make sure you have your radio code for it. Good luck
