If u have a 1.0 litre 3cyl. camshaft sensor I believe is in side your distributer might wanna check ur cranksensor and ignition coil as well most parts store can check these parts with a ohm and volt meter
This is a normal problem and you need to replace it asap. The camshaft position determines when top dead center compression of the #1 cylinder occurs and the convertsit into a pulse signal that is sent to the pcm , then the pcm uses it to determine the correct injection sequence.

It's held down by one bolt right above the timing chain cover. It's next to the head that's facing toward the front of the car.

I think it's behind the motor inthe middle of the block. A crank sensor can set a cam code also.
