The headlights and tail lights don't work, signals don't work, and the lights on the dash are also broken. however, the interior lights and brake lights work just fine. i'm thinking mayb

In most cars the headlight fuses are in the engine compartment near the headlights or near the drivers side by the firewall.

Check your fuses. The dash lights are on a different fuse. Also check dimmer switch. If its not one, then it is the other. Try working dimmer switch quickly back and forth( with the lights on when it's dark so you can see if they come on).

sounds like a broken wire in the harness. look around the bumper area,sometimes along the frame. may have to peel back some tape covering. also if you have a trailer harness look closely at those.

Check the tail light bulbs, check to make sure the dash lighting switch is turned up but not turned so far up that the interior lights come on when the door is closed.

These are all different circuits. The brake lights are on a 10amp fuse - the headlights are on a 50amp fuse - and the parking and dash lights are on a 20amp fuse.
Do you have power going into the headlight switch and the brake light switch ?

sometimes when one of your bulbs is out it does that to all off the start with your turn signal bulbs other wise its you regulater fuse located under the hood
