I answered your other same question

If you have to add coolant,it had to go somewhere
as no fluids are consumed

So you have serious problems like a bad coolant
leak or bad head gasket if no visible leak can be found

You need a repair shop

No one can guess & help you from the internet

Repairs have to be made then know how to get out
of fail safe if that applies

That job will required factory reference material to
understand the problem & diagnose it

SOURCE: Changing Brake Pads on a 2004 Range Rover

uh... software, pistons, abs??? this guy definately does not know car mechanics. brakes are all mechanical and the abs system has nothing to do with the brakes directly.

To compress pistons, there are two steps. one, open brake fluid reservoir cap to allow easier compression.
two, turn hub assembly outward toward you so you can see the pad and caliper. insert large flat head screwdriver between pad and rotor and pry slowly towards the piston. adjust when needed to keep pressure in the center of the piston.

there are two allen "hex" key bolts, hidden under plastic caps. loosen those and remove. These are the slider bolts that the calipers float on. remove the calipers. there are two 16" bolts that hold the caliper bracket to the hub. remove those to remove the rotors.

2007 land rover range rover died while driving after a jump. Can you give me any advice

If you had to jump start the LR/RR then the battery was weak. If the car then ran for a while then died I would suspect that the alternator has failed and if you have no power the engine will stop running. The alternator is where I would look first .

You should also get the LR/RR scanned once you have power back and it is running again to see what engine related fault codes if any the computer is generating. All the local mechanics will have a scan tool to do this.

Your battery will also need to be recharged and checked for condition. If it is on its last legs it will need to be replaced, especially if the cranking amps reading is low. Only expect to get 3-4 years out of them.

Why won't my key release from my range rover 04

Be sure the vehicle has PARK selected or this alone will prevent the key removal.
If that is not the problem, Do NOT start pulling things apart because you will probably screw up the entire interlock system. There is a shift link that connects to several other components. Take it to a specialist LR service shop for further investigation

Hdc inactive range rover

In respect of the display message 'HDC inactive'. I have and still do occasionally get the same message. I took the vehicle to a Land Rover dealer and was informed it was a common problem particularly when the vehicle is started from cold and more so during cold weather. The dealers have it registered as a bulletin repair and are able to provide a remedial fix, however it's a case of the display message being present when you take it to the dealer!!!!!

Transmission overheating message appears on dashboard.is it related to camshaft bank 1?

The transmission can not be related to the camshaft.
It means you are low on ATF, or the cooling line is crimped somewhere.

Where would i put coolant in 2004 Range ROver HSE?

Under the hood there is usually a white container marked engine coolant, it goes in there, but don't confuse it with the windshield washer container.

Car won't start over heating

How do you know it's overheating if it won't start??? Have you checked the coolant level in the overflow tank? If it's dry, it's probably low on coolant, hence the overheating. If it's full, you may have a thermostat that's stuck closed. If it has already overheated, and now won't start, let's hope you haven't seized up the engine. That's thousands to repair or replace.
