SOURCE: no brake/hazard lights,have running/turn signal lights
Suggest you change hazard flasher 'can' first, then go to the hazard switch. I'm betting it's the flasher can.

Ignition switch will cause you to loose your head lights and turn signals. You will still be able to start the car and hold the switch for your brights but normal function is gone. Check it out it usually only runs about $20-$30 for replacement part but you need a special puller to get to it.

look for your short somewhere in the wiring harness.

I had this problem, and to be honest, it happened to the left side about a week later...it's the board that the bulbs plug into...it's a very common problem with this model. So popular that you can normally get the socket board off the shelf at a parts store! it's extremely simple to replace, and I replaced all the bulbs at the same time!

this may sound stupid, but how are the bulbs, also when they are out check for power and ground at the connector. hope this might get ya going. let me know if ya need more info.
