If everything is turning on, and there's power... check for 12V at the alternator. it may be out now.... or a connector came loose, or wire broke.
SOURCE: jump started car, dash lights flash and car won't start
turn key but all i get is a click from fuse box ,i check relays and starter and battery all ok

sounds like you need a new battery, also have the alternater checked. as far as the alarm, you should be able to disarm the system by locking and unlocking the passengers door, then the drivers door with the key, when the door are closed

Hello Kurtzuba.
Actually, although rare, this could be a computer issue.
The voltage regulator is built into the computer on your Concorde and may not be completing the circuit.
I'm not sure how you verified the alternator is good other than you removed it and had it tested.
To verify the problem is in the computer, find the orange/dark green wire that supplies power to the alternator.
This is fused power to the field. Verify it has 12.5 volts positive. If not, that will need to be repaired.
If it is OK, then find the dark green wire that also hooks to the alternator.
This wire leads to the computer which controls the amount of ground to regulate the amount of output from the alternator stator.
Attach a wire with an alligator clip to the dark green wire terminal on the alternator.
Attach a voltmeter to the battery.
Start the car and touch the other end of the attached wire for a few seconds (no more than a minute) to the NEGATIVE battery terminal.
If the alternator begins to charge you will need to verify the green wire is good to the computer.
If OK, replace the computer.
If you need more assistance with this issue, let me know here.
Thank you for using FixYa.

I'm guessing your have a dead cell in your battery. This will make it so the battery does not take a charge while driving and you constantly have to jump the car. What's happening is once your car starts your alternator is doing it's job by running everything electrical. The job of your battery is just to start the car that's all. You can bring the battery to advanced auto or any other auto parts place and have them check your battery to make sure it's ok. I'm pretty confident it's not.
