SOURCE: no vacuum to egr valve

there is an EGR vacuum solenoid somwhere that controls on/off vacuum to actuate the valve. i am not to sure of the location, but follow the vacuum line back from the egr until you find a device that looks like an electrical check valve for vacuum. that is a possibilty. but then again i am a ford, chrysler guy and am just giving you an answer based on my understanding of the functuality of a vacuum egr system

SOURCE: I have Nissan sentra GX 2002 90000Miles ,change timing belt?

I own this car, and I can say confidently that it has a timing chain instead of a belt. I believe you do not need to change the chain at any point...... it is more a matter of maintenance and repair to worn guides and tensioners.

SOURCE: code p0400 keeps coming up after changing the egr valve and sol.

You need to check the passages from the egr valve to the intake to see if there is excessive carbon buildup thereby blocking the passage to the intake. The principle is that when the test for the code runs it is to determine if the egr system is operating correctly. It opens the egr valve to lean out the fuel mixture an so determine if the system is operating correctly. If the code is for electrical operation of the valve it will be an electrical issue

SOURCE: EGR Solenoid creates no vacuum

The EGR solenoid is located towards the rear of the car from the EGR vavle and slightly towards the center. It kind of stands on end. There is a vacuum line coming out the top (port C) and a green 2 wire connector plugged into it. Hope this helps.

My 1998 nissan senta has good spark and fuel pressure, maf sensor is good...all have been checked...car starts, idles rough but dies immediatlely when depressing gas pedal slightly?

ok you should check your electrical connections at the distributor, coil and alternator, then check for vacuum leak around the intake manifold, check your egr valve for leak sometime you have to change the gasket on the egr valve, check your air filter, check the fuel pressure, check your compression, check your timing chain and you cam lobes

No spark on 2002 sentra se-r replaced crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor.

heres a list, ignition components damp or damaged, worn or faulty spark plugs, broken...loose....or disconnectedwiring in starting circuit, loose distributor changing ignition timing, ignition coil loose...faulty or disconnected wires. its good your cam & crank sensors were changed, but no spark indicates coil packs not able to get spark to plugs, but spark plugs may be fouled, replace them. replace distributor cap & rotor. check fuses, there's one for the ignition switch, check it. try all this see how it does,, also, if you haven't replaced both the AIR & FUEL FILTERS , DO SO !!!!!!!! just for thought, my daughter has a sentra gxe,2002, it started losing power on the highway, we had to have nissan replace it, $900 , you may have to deal with this, sell the car ! when you get it running, if you want. although , after we did repairs, tune-up, timing belt (not chain), etc., it runs like a top, she loves it ! good car if you ask me, just keep filters new, brakes good, it will go forever !

Nissan 1999 Sentra XE jurks sometime.

There are a few components that could cause your problem. Your Idle air control valve could be faulty,or your mass air flow sensor could be damaged or just loose. Last thing but not least Your EGR Valve could be stuck in open position or Leaking (Bad Gasket or Loose. The only other thing it could be is a Bad Fuel Pump, Or Plug Pump Stalking.

Can't find the location for the crankshaft position sensor

you need a haynes manual . because crank sensor can be behind crank pulley or on bottom side of engine that why you need a manual save you time.
