Sep 6, 2012 - My 2006 Trailblazer will not start, bought a new battery, still will notstart, not even with a jump. ... i get a jump i drive it and charged the battery it seemed fine but then i went ... Then, next morning, when I turn key, all lights come on and radio... back a day and 360$ well that pos still will crank but will not start. 02 trailblazer a/c problem

Have you checked to see if the blower relay is stuck on ?

My trailblazer is doing the same thing. Plus after that made my engine sound terrible like cans clankinf. Sounds like something is spinning very quickly too. Never seen such crazy crap. Junk.

If the starter does crank the engine but it wont start, you need a new fuel pump. The pump is cooled and lubricated by the fuel in the tank and on chevys running the tank empty almost always results in burnt out fuel pumps.

sounds to me like the throttle cable broke or is out of adjustment.

Sounds like your water pump is going out or your thermostat is stuck. Check the thermostat first and make sure it is not frozen in the clsed position.

try changing the air filter ,i had a problem ,at ilde in drive my trailblazer would stall, changed the air filter now it's not stalling and got my power back ,there is a secondary air pump that i have to change ,
not sure were it is ? still not running perfect but it's running better .and my service light is on too.
i got it put on scope ,it's the pump .
not sure if this helps ,but i'm start to run in to problems too,i have a 2004 trailblazer.
i like to do fix things myself ,i hope i can.it's the cost if you know what i mean.

Po codes are a default, reset the computer by removing the battery cable for 10 mins.

this will reset the comp back to 0's.

check the Ignition Starter Switch (tipical on tb)
