Since this car doesn't have a glove box, you don't open it. Most 1994 cars used what used to be the glove box space to install the passenger air bag. Later cars solved the space problem, and the glove box came back. Jeff
1994 jaguar xj6, I know of three location that the fuse box exist. 1. just in side the drivers door on the floor inside the front fender where your left foot could rest, 2. the oppsite side passenger side right foot next to the door jam below the door hinge front fender behind the wheel. the 3. is in the center consule where the tapes are stored, is there any other places a fuse box exist on the 1994 jaguar vandenplas xj6 thank
A lightening bolt means you have a blow fuse. There are 3 main fuse boxes on your 1994 Jaguar.
Left front (where your left foot is behind an inspection panel)
Right front (same)
and in the center console.
Most common fuse is the cigar lighter, make sure you haven't dropped a dime in there as it is next to the ashtray (located right front foot - 20 amp yellow fuse)
yes - behind the gear shift, in between the two front seats - where the driver would place his/her right arm while he/she is driving. I beleive that is the only "glove box" that the car has. That is all that my 1995 jag XJ6 has anyway. :-)
Don't know about the back tires but I believe there is a fuel disabling reset switch located by the drivers side fuse box by your left foot close to where the door panel is. Might be in the fuse box itself but somewhere in that are there is a reset switch. I believe if the car is in an accident fuel is cut off as a safety measure.
wheres the fuse box on a 94 jag xj6
my 93 is on l&R side panels in front of doors
