08 Ford Ranger 4.0 same problem but it is vacum not electric no vacum on hose in cold or hot position thought maybe valve but that's not the problem . There is no vacume to make valve work:(:(

please explain your problem in more detail....what noise is it making, how does it behave when you try to roll the truck over?

check your vacum hoses u got a leak somewhere

Transfer case motor

diconnect the heater, if it doesnt blow fuses anymore, the heater may be shorted out.

the switch is located near the bottom of the steering column on top, it is actuated by a rod from the ignition lock cylinder.
