'94 Ford Taurus Wagon 3.0L crank won't start

When trying to start the car for the first time on any given day it will crank but won't turn over. The problem started about a week ago and would usually start after 10 - 30 seconds but after getting it started the first time, it would start right up throughout the day. It has gotten progresively worse. Now it will not start sometimes but if I leave it for a few hours and try again it will start immediately. It would crank all day if I held the key. What do you think?

    would it still crank with a bad fuel pump though?

    i tested fuel pressure, it's good

How do I disengage a locked parking brake on a 2001 Ford Taurus wagon? I left the car sitting with the parking brake engaged for a long period of time and now it won't disengage.

2003 ford taurus 3.0 Vulcan cranks strong, you can smell the gas but it won't start. I tried replacing the ignition coil with no results.
It is one of two things. Crank shaft sensor, on timing cover, behind crank pulley. Or the camshaft syncronizer, or the camshaft sensor (sits on top of Camshaft syncronizer) Located on drivers side end of engine, in what used to be the home of the old type distributor.

Trying to drain the anti freeze out of a 94 ford taurus wagon. The drain plug wont turn, so how do we drain it?
You can try to **** it out, you prolly wont get every single drop but enough to be back to change it.

You might have a problem with your crank sensor or ignition. Remove spark plug wire and check for spark while turning engine over. When this happens unplug crank sensor near crank pulley then plug back in to see if it starts if so replace crank sensor.
