The handle itself doesn't need removing, but the door handle's trim piece is held by a screw-remove the screw and remove the trim piece. The door panel will come off past the handle. You will also have to remove the window crank handle. Buy an inexpensive window crank removal tool from a parts store. The crank is held fast by a spring clip that the tool will spread open or remove to take the handle off.
Once all the screws and plastic pins are removed from the panel, you can remove it by pulling out from the bottom and lifting up to clear the window channel. Once the panel is off, peel off the protective water shield- a plastic liner-to get to the window regulator.
I got the door panel off. Where is the window regulator located? Once I locate the window regulator what am I supposed to do to get the window back so I can roll it up and down?
The regulator is inside the door's frame, fastened by bolts or by rivets to the door. Place the window glass back on top of the regulator-may be glued on or held by bolts passing through holes at bottom of window and into the regulator arm that holds the bottom of the window. If unclear, put the window crank back on and run it up and down to watch the regulator action-it has a scissor-like motion to raise and lower window-if still unsure, pull opposite door panel off and watch and see how regulator is holding the glass. If glass needs to be removed slide it up the channel and out through the outside of the door. If regulator needs removing, unbolt it from door frame (or drill out or chisel off the rivets-replace with bolts and nuts that fit where rivets were), and slide out the regulator through the holes in the door frame-sometimes difficult, but it can be done with patience and some ingenuity getting it into right position for removal. But if glass is just off channel, may not need to remove the regulator-fit the glass back on top of regulator: did the fasteners just come off? When done, check operation before you start putting it back together. Check that the front and rear runners for the glass are positioned right. Again, if unclear, look at the opposite door to see how it all works. But you should be able to figure it out once you raise and lower the regulator by the crank handle. Post back if you still need help. Good luck, Devin.

1- remove the window crank
2- remove any screws from the door panel; sometimes they are hidden by a plastic cap. look inside the elbow rest cavity; remove any screws you see.
3- insert a flat plastic or wooden tool in the shape of (roughly) a scraper, between the door panel and door and start prying the clips which hold the panel to the sheet metal. get as close to the clips as possible with the tool, as that will be the easiest way. there are about 8 of these clips on an average door. when all the clips have come loose of the sheet metal, lift the panel straight up to remove it. you will find a metal rod attached to the inside of your handle; unfasten it and remove the panel completely. that handle looks like it is part of the panel and cannot be removed separately.

SOURCE: power window fell down inside door
there are clips holding the door panel around the edges. to remove the clips, use a small screwdriver to feel for them, then use another one to pull the panel on the other side. Pull outward from both sides of the clip until it comes loose. Do this repeatedly, and then loosen and remove the arm rest.
Pull the window up and have a helper hold it as you work it back into the track.
Good luck.
SOURCE: remove driver's door panel
Start prying the door panel off with a flat head screw driver. It's held on by plastic clips, and a few screws. just pry it back and look in there with a flash light, you'll see. Just pry them out. If your lucky you'll only break a few. No real easy way to remove those.

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
