#15 fuse keeps blowing on a Ford f150 2003 model extended cab truck. Interior lights, auto window, brake shift interlock, etc. Any ideas what to trouble shoot ?

disconnect the horn or horns, operate the horn and see if the fuse still blows. if the fuse still blows then there is most likely a short in the wiring. relays rarely cause shorts. if the fuse doesnt blow with the horn disconnected, reconnect the horn and operate the horn again, if the fuse blows you have a shorted horn.
Fuses don't have #'s, they come in amperage ratings.
On the fuse box, or under side of cover, it should have the abbreviation (crtsy) lights, or simular. It shouldn't be anymore than a 10 to 20 amp fuse. The amperage is marked on the fuse.
you have a short between your lighting and, window circuit
this can only be inexpensively repaired by an auto electrician. please do not put in a larger fuse! this can cause a fire!
You have a short in your system. It may be teadeious but the only way to find out is to go through each system indivdualy and start to eliminate the good stuff
You definitely have a wiring problem. Fuses are blowing because DC (direct current) power is being short circuited by touching a grounded surface area or a negative wire. If its affecting two interior car functions while on the same fuse circuit, then check where the wires from both functions could or would intersect. In your case the windows roll down and the interior lights come on....they could intersect somewhere near the front door jamb or farther forward towards the fuse panel.
