could be normal shift timing set by the shifting solenoid's value related to the diagnostic board on the car i noticed some cars will hit that mark before shifting
looks like the clock is bad as it keeps the hour number moving , make sure the button to set time is not stuck, if buttons are not stuck then i would say clock is bad.
If you have a digital clock you will have three buttons below clock one will say date and one will say time. There will also be two small black buttons above the clock. Push and hold time button and use the two small black buttons to set time- left button goes down in time and right button goes up. You can do the same thing to set date as well.
There is no code to set the clock. You use the H and M buttons to set (H)ours (M)inutes. Just keep pressing button repeatedly until hour is correct, then do the same for minutes.
If the year is the same, the colors should be the same. There are diagrams in Chilton or Haynes manuals but they can be misleading. Remove enough tape wire so you can see the color(s) and re-check before you electrician tape everything up. To be slick you could use "shrink" tube insulation.
Work on one harness at a time. Elect.windows and mirror should be separate "feeds".
