Unlocking the front drivers door usually unlocks the fuel filler cap. With the front door unlocked, push the side of the fuel filler door in and it will open.

Let us know if that works.

Asking where abouts of fuel latch to release door top up fuel please?Holden Barina 2 door hatch auto 2005,thanks in advance

The fuel door release latch for a Holden Barina 2 door hatch auto 2005 is typically located on the driver's side of the vehicle, near the bottom of the dashboard.
To access the fuel door release latch, you will need to look for a lever or button that is labeled with a fuel pump icon or the word "Fuel". Once you locate the latch, simply pull or press it to release the fuel door and access the fuel filler cap.
If you are having trouble locating the fuel door release latch, you can refer to the owner's manual for your vehicle or consult a mechanic or dealership for assistance.

Just had the exaust filter sorted on my 2005 525d but has started to loose power again when trying to exelerate seems to use a lot of fuel at the same time

Does your car have a diesel particulate filter? Is that what you mean? If so your first question should be, is this the right car for you? Cars with this filter do not cope well with lots of short trips and no 50+ mph runs. These short trip will make the filter full and it will need a regeneration, a high rpm 50+ mph run or a for regen at a dealer. The filter may be ruined already. If so it will dump diesel in your engine oil. The system uses diesel to burn off the soot. If the filter is faulty/ bad this extra diesel will be dumped in your engine oil. So check the oil level ASAP, as the extra pressure from the high oil level can kill your engine.

Heated rear window, rear window washer & fog lights not working on 2006 BMW E61 525d sport

I had similar problem and it sounds like a short, and a fuse is blown. Check your rubber wire housing at upper corners of rear hatch, in cold weather the rubber gets hard and comes away from hatch frame, and hard to notice, but what happens is wires rub on metal opening and short out. It took a couple fuses to figure out a short had to be problem, and sure enough, the hot lead was being grounded, so taped it up, reseated the rubber junction which is suppose to prevent shorts, should be obvious to check as mine was easy to see problem, seems pass side is trouble for some reason as I have helped others, and always the same side.

How do I repair or replace a fuel door release on a 1998 BMW 328i?

You would need to decide what is wrong with the door in the first place - mechanical or electrical fault.

Could need new central lock module, fuel door button, fuel door motor, door could be siezed/jammed, etc, etc.....

I just had a 2005 bmw 325i picked up by a towing company because the keys were locked in it. They used a slim jim to open the door and get the keys but now the car won't start.

you could try re-setting the key fob/remote by re-programming it, here is how
1,unlock car as normal with the key..not remote 2,get in car and close drivers door make sure all doors closed! 3,switch ignition on then off ( do not turn it over to run) 4.remove key 5,press and hold UNLOCK button ( do not let it go) 6,press LOCK button 3 times within 10 seconds (all 3 presses) 7,release UNLOCK button you should then ( dependent on model type) either see LED flash slowly for 10 seconds, or the central locking system locks and unlocks rapidly a few times to indicate a successful reprogram of the key, hope this helps

Bluetooth problems BMW car and Nokia N97

I'm afraid I can't solve your problem, but you're already one step further than I am: I have a 2004 E60 (525d touring) and it won't pair at all, the N97 doesn't even SEE the car's bluetooth. And my previous Nokia E61i paired, but never transferred the contactlist.
