SOURCE: hit bad bump in road and car died

I think that year still had the inertia switch in it. If it is bumped hard enough it will shut the fuel pump off. This is in case of an accident. It does have to be manually reset. They are usually under the passenger side kick panel. The dealer should be able to tell you where it is at for sure.

SOURCE: Clunking noise while turning/hitting bumps

Hay I would check your sway bar in the front .The bal may have came out of the seat located under front wheel well. Also they could be just loose. Check by rocking your jeep side to side .

Jeep is dying out when you hit a bump in road it starts but runs real rough and backfires 0nce in a while then dies again restarts everytime

Check the wire that feeds voltage to your ignition system. Check any connectors or plug-ins on that wire. It sounds like you have a bad connection. I've had this happen before, including on my motorcycle! Hope this helps!
