I think that year still had the inertia switch in it. If it is bumped hard enough it will shut the fuel pump off. This is in case of an accident. It does have to be manually reset. They are usually under the passenger side kick panel. The dealer should be able to tell you where it is at for sure.

Hay I would check your sway bar in the front .The bal may have came out of the seat located under front wheel well. Also they could be just loose. Check by rocking your jeep side to side .

CHECK YOUR BATTERY LEADS EITHER ON THE BATTERY OR THE EARTH WIRE TO ENGINE AND CHASSIS OR FEED WIRE TO STARTER MOTOR
unless you have a fuse or relay jumped out
but you must have been going fast for that.....
