I have a warning light on my dashboard that has lit up and I am not sure what it is indicating. I do not have my owner's manual to refer to for this information. The light looks like a shield/circle with wavy lines running through it. It is located above the temperature gauge on my dash. Could you please let me know what this is to indicate. Thanks so much!

This is probably the coolant level sensor indicator for the antifreeze reservoir.

The sensor is right next to the heater hose outlet on the front passenger side of intake manifold. It is very small with an oval shaped connector going to it. I have the same engine.

It means you have the fog lights on. If you shut the lights off does it go off too? If so then thats what it is.
