2010 Chrysler sebring the heater isn't working. Changed the blower motor resistor and that didn't solve the problem. Took out the blower motor and checked it and it is working. I removed the insturment pannel and checked with a light tester for power to and from the switch and all seems good. Still the blower is not coming on and blowing heat. Lost on what to do please help.

Use the test light and check for power at the resistor- one wire there would be for high speed, which basically bypasses the resistor.
Also check for power at the blower motor with key on and blower switch on high. If you have power and you know the blower motor is good, it could be a ground problem for the blower.

SOURCE: 1998 BMW 328i heater/AC blower is not running

You have clean the blower unit , may be its dirty then . and then check the blower resistor unit for malfunction.

Heater won`t work at 1,2,3 settings, it only works on #4 setting (chrysler, sebring 2003)

sounds like a blower resistor. usually it is on the passenger side under dash near blower motor and hvac box. the resistor add resistance to the circuit to slow the blower motor, if it is inop then you only get high speed.

I am back with same problem.2002 chrysler sebring will not start, and several other things dont work,a/c blower any speed.fuel pump also I dicnnected neg. battery cable ,and saw a let of sparks it appears...

As for the a/c heater blower, I just changed the resistor and it is fixed. But, I had one speed working going in. If none of your speeds work it might be the blower itself. How to find that out is with electrical voltage meters. If your decide to change the resistor, it is behind the glovebox by the blower. Unplug the electrical plug-in and remove the 2 bolts holding the resistor in. Reverse for install. Got my resistor at a junkyard for 15. New one about 25>. For a shop to do it...lucky to get out for 150. Good luck.

1999 Chrysler Sebring convertible - only hi speed option still works - where is resistor and/or blower motor and how to fix

Remove the lower right silencer panel. Remove the electrical connector, it is plugged into the resistor. Then replace the resistor. Since the blower motor works on high speed it is most likely the resistor.

Fan does not blow in 2002 chrysler sebring

If the heater fan only runs turned on full, it's likely the resistor pack that controls the speed. They usually can't be bought or put in my normal folks.

1998 Chrysler Sebring JXI Convertible Blower Motor Not Working

Sounds like it in the switch or the electrical plug at the switch. The electrical plug could be burnt and need repairing or replacing. Need to remove the dash fascia, Careful not to damage clips. If the cover has no visible screws or bolts, then it clips into place. Unbolt heater controls and pull contol forward. Not a fun job but with patience you should be ok.

Heater fan only works on high speed

usually when the blower motor gets old its starts to draw more current to run. which can pop fuses, burn out resistors and melt wires. also when you go to replace the resistor check the connector for signs of melting or burning you may end up having to replace that conector
