The vacuum diagram is under the hood on a sticker called the emission sticker. The idle speed control valve is mounted on the Air intake near the throttle control valve. You did not say engine type so that is about all I can offer.
Hi, The best way is to trace that vacum line and see where it leads. If it has come off the intake manifold area then it will need to be refitted as it is a main vacum supply hose to other components.
