Put key in ignition turn key to start position then off then to start then off then start and leave on. count the check engine light flashes. the first number will be a long flash then the numbers after will be short flashes, then a pause and then the next code will flash with the first number a long flash then followed by short flashes. count the flashes. if the first flash is a single flash and the next flash is say 3 quick flashes then this is code 13. these are a 4 number code system like 1013 is the same as a code 13. I hope you understand as its difficult until you get the hang of it. Chrysler has a code at the beginning to indicate codes starting and one at the end to indicated codes ending. and will repeat the cycle 3 times. it maybe easier to get them pulled using a code reader.
