I slid off the road down a small hill in a snow storm. The car was stopped by a downed tree. A thick branch of the tree rammed into the tire (flat) and when the tow truck was winching car the front bumper scraped along the packed snow and dirt, pulling the passenger side away from the car and it cracked in two places, The bumper still attached on driver side of car to the middle of the front of the car. How much would a front bumper cost to replace?
Sorry no idea iam not a bodywork man but couldnt you repair it with a tub of fibre glass ? Maybe try a scrapyard ?

no he only did what was necessary to try to get the vehicle to where you needed it to go, if the steering was already locked thats probably why it was locked. but no the tow truck driver did only as requested and did not cause the damage

grab a large punch and hammer and knock out the old broken one. Push the new one in and re tighten. This will pull it into place and because it has splines it should not spin while doing so.

Remove any and all screws from the door panel, including removing lock and window controls. then take a large flat-tipped screwdriver and pry off the panel all the way around. FInally lift panel up and off the door. Now you will have access to the inside of the door. Everything from here is self explainable.

youll have to kake sure that the fasteners are still in good condition if so pull the bumper around to where it should be and align the fasteners or the screws .if its fasteners youll have to push the fasteners into the slot on the bumper if its screws youll have to retighten them so that they are snug. happy motoring.
