What is wrong with my 2000 lincon navagator when i turn the key it wont start and the spark plugs look milky

Presumably you disconnected the battery when you did the fuel pump and PCM? It also looks like the PCM has to be programmed with the VIN Number.

To reset the 2000 lincoln navigator anti-theft system press and hold any button on your remote within 20 seconds of the eighth turn. Hold the button for as long as 20 seconds until the locks automatically click and release. Remove the key from the ignition to stop the reset cycle.

I would check the fuses first. Likely to save you a lot of time and money!

Hey Fernando , your going to need to check a few thing's ! Is there spark ? Pull a plug wire off a spark plug an hold a screw driver in the end an hold the metal near ground an have a helper crank the engine over ! does it spark ? if yes get some carburetor cleaner an spray into the engine through the throttle plate ! does it try to start ? fuel pump or fuel pump relay could be the problem ! Do you have a check engine light lit on the instrument cluster ? Does your navigator have a little red light on the top of instrument panel , flashing when you try to start the car ? If so this is for the PATS system . passive anti theft system !

Have you checked the height sensor ?

have 2002 lincoln navagator 115000 miles was driving fine it cut off and now wont start backfire when turning key

check your oil for milky look you may have bad head gasket are crack hed from over heating wont start because water on spark plugs

check the alternator and the condition of the drive belt and at the same time before you do this check the solenoid on the passanger side up against the flywall make sure the battery terminals are clean you can use baking soda and pour water on it to clean the terminals off

Possible iginition module, Safety nutural switch would not allow the car to even turn over.
