My drivers side windsheild wiper wont go up

My drivers side wiper won't go up or down but my passenger side works fine. it happened after a big snow storm and it froze to the window and then had a huge chunk of snow slide down on to it as it was moving up

Why would I need to do that? The motors are working and the passenger side has no problems going up and down. How is replacing everything going to help me?

Chances are it's the 'hub' at the bottom of the wiper arm where the arm joins the 'axle' (spline stub) of the motor actuator that's come loose / broken ...

2003 cavalier only one wiper works

If one works the motor is ok. The issue is morre than likley the linkage under the crowel below the windsheild. it has com apart or the wiper transmission is bad. Try accessing that arrea to get a look. you will probably see the control arm just lying on the bottom, possably along with the nut that fell off the back of the transmission.

Wind shield wiper fluid does not come out of the driver's side wiper but the passenger side works fine. How do I get the driver's side to work?

follow the rubber tubing from the passenger side, from where the fluid exits back towards the resivor and u will find a tee fitting where the tubing splits from pasenger to driver side. take it apart and blow compressed air thru it.

2002 ford crown vic. driver side wiper not working? passenger side works

the linkage between the wiper motor and the wiper arms needs to be replaced. the stud on the one side is stripped and that is why it doesn't work as it should. this happens usually when the wipers are left on in the winter with the blades freezing to the windsheild. turn on the car with frozen blades tends to strip out the teeth holding the wiper arms onto the linkage
