I have replaced the following: REPLACED THE IN TANK FUEL PUMP/FILTER CLEANED OUT FUEL TANK REPLACED THE EGR (EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION) VALVE REPLACED THE MAF (MASS AIR FLOW) SENSOR ALL NEW FUEL INJECTORS REPLACED BOTH CAM SHAFT SENSORS REPLACED THE CRANK SHAFT SENSOR NEW SPARK PLUGS REPLACED TWO O2 SENSORS NEW BATTERY REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP RELAY REPLACED THE THORTTLE CONTROL RELAY
It's might be immobilized try the spare key or get it code read that should point u in the right direction

regarding the fan speed for heather motor replace the relay under the glove compartment remove the cover and replace it easy to do.
SOURCE: replaced mass air flow sensor, fuel filter, air
check timing make sure it;s ok . second check your exhaust system if it;s close , start accilerate for 3 min. then look all exhaust pipe (silencer) if there is difrent coler . check Oxgen sensor it;s ok .
and if you have no enough fuel presure try close the return line temporary . maf, sensor only when there it is highand low accilerator.
