All the regular fuses seem to be in order kind of lost on where to look. All help would be greatly appreciated.
You need to find out which fuse is feeding the circuit and look for why it has lost juice. usually these systems use just one wire which comes out of the fusebox, runs across the door switches and courtesy lights and returns to the fusebox. if all the fuses are good (I don't know how you checked them, but removing and reinstalling them is a good idea) but you are now looking for a bad connection or a wire which has fallen out of place.

This could be a combination of electrical issues, although i feel that the timing is coincidence in this case. When the combination is elec. windows, wipers, and dome lights this is indicative of the GEM module located behind your radio. The GEM (generic electronic module) is an electronic body control module that regulates electrical flow through a number of accessories.
These factory module boards are notorious for acting quirky by failing to ground intermittently until failing completely. I would be cautious in replacing ignition switches, locks, etc. as the issue can be also compounded by corrosion of the main battery ground wire in the engine compartment and which can cause frying of your under dash wiring into the main wiring harness which can get expensive (i speak from experience having had the exact same syptoms). My issues were that these symptoms occurred only in full ON. When in key BACK ACC mode, they disappeared.
New price for one of these modules is around $280-$300 and easily replaced.
Good Luck

You most likely blew a fuse when you cut the wire. check all fuses sometimes the fuses are marked for one circuit but provide feed for other circuits, replace with same amperage fuse.

You have to check the fuse 26 is 15 amp as this is the one that feeds the lights and radio. Thanks good luck and I hope your opinion

if the problem is that the interior light does not work, and have already checked the fucibles and appear well or not, housed the correct fuse. Just disconnect the battery cable and connect buelbelo .. and you will be surprised to see that your lights funcionana. I do not believe it but I worked it costs nothing to test.
