If your just trying to replace the bulbs you'll have to twist the grey cover on the back side of the head lamp lens assembly either clockwise or counter. they are usually very hard to turn because they have a water tight sealing O-ring that your turning against. But, it is much easier to turn the drivers' side if you remove the battery, I recommend it. Once you have the covers off you will see the back of the bulb being held in by a little wire hold-down, you can unhinge it just like a safety pin(push it in,down,& let it spring it's self out and away from the bulb). Then just pull on the white wire to free the bulb, DO NOT TOUCH the new bulb glass with your fingers cuz the oils will cause the bulb to explode once the bulb is turned on. Then just install in reverse order in which you removed it all. Sometimes the simplest actions take the most complex explinations, don't they? Hope this is what you were asking about, & I hope it helps...

These are easy. for the passenger side you will need to remove the two clips that hold the duct onto the front grill. once these are removed you will be able to pull this off and get it out of your way. now you will see a gray round plastic cover with wires coming out of it. just turn it in the direction indicated for removal. Now just disconnect the bulb and clip and replace the bulb. On the driver side you will need to pull the clip that holds the washer fluid neck filler and get this out of your way to access the drivers side bulb. These bulbs are around 22 dollars and dual bulbs meaning they are the low beam and the high beam in one.

the fuel pump is located in the fuel tank, that tank must be pulled to do this. the procedure for removing the tank and pump are very little changed from car to car, here are a good set of general instructions with photos.

This is correct except your dont need to loosen any screws, at on my 03 galant you dont. The wire clip is a spring clip and just need to be unclipped and it will swing out of the way.
