VW codes require access to the VW Dealer database so are unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet
==================
VW and other Radio Codes and advice always available here
The radio code should be on a white sticker inside the glove box... The code is also based on your vin number so if the sticker has been removed try the first 5numbers or the last 5 numbers of your vin
I had a 95 that had this problem when I got it. I had to remove the radio, get the numbers off it, and the VIN and call a dealer to get the code for it. Don't let a dealer tell you, you have to bring it in unless you don't know how to remove the radio. When they run the radio serial# and the VIN it will give the code, or show up as an error if they are not a match.
If no one can get you the code you will have to call the dealer with vin and serial number on the back of radio vw charges up to $75. for the code good luck.
lol.. i can help you fix your problem...first call 765-447-0201 ask for service, they can give you this codes you need.. however have the vin # ready because they will need this to help you.. the service is free to the public.. good luck and hope this will have you rockin out..keith...
I just replied to someone having the same problem with a Honda and saw one of the sponsors pop up in the Ads by Google box to the right that may help. I think with Hondas you have to go to the dealership where the car/radio was originally purchased and give them some numbers from the radio. The sponsor may charge to get the number for you but it may be worth a few bucks if that is the only solution. I didn't catch the web address or name - sorry.
sometimes it can be found on the radio casing but the best bet is to
take your car to your local dealership and they can use the VIN nimber
of the vehicle to track down the radio code
