My key remotes suddenly stopped working and now when I turn my car off the dash lights stay on. Also my navigation system turns off when driving and my gas miles remaining, change from anything as in 29 miles to zero within a couple miles.
Need batteries or new remote and there are a few autos if a brake light bulb goes out inside light stays on to let you now maybe dash light on others because you cannot see your own brake lights

you need to replace the relay for the headlights located in the fuse box in the engine compartment near the battery. the headlights you see when you shut off the others are likely your day time running lights

There is a fuse box under the hood with a power wire running from the battery to this box. Check for corrosion around this box and make sure the connection is good. Had a similar problem everthing checked out good, then found this wire had a terriable connection, check this out and clean the post for the connection.

This is a very common problem on 1998 dodge caravan, voyager, t and County. You have a cracked circuit board in your instrument cluster. It is a dealer item. You can remove your cluster and install the circuit board yourself to save money but after the install you will have to take the vehicle back to the dealer to have it calibrated before the tach and the speedometer will work.
