Door ajar bell sounds and light is on on dash. When hitting bumps it will turn off momentarily then turn back on. If the "button" behind the door latch (on the door jam) is depressed the bell and light on the dash stop. Advice?

Check the wire on the the switch by removing it normally two or three screws hold it in place,if wires are tight remove them and replace the switch unless you can adjust the plunger

the wire on the door latch make sure they are plugged in or unplug it and the light should go out if it does not then it's not that door
Take some WD40 and open the doors and spray a liberal amount into each of the door latches. Then open and close the doors firmly several times. This will work most of the time to unstick the ajar switches.

just spray the door latches with lubricant be sure the oil penetrates the internal machanism.

why do you need the diagram? Do you want to know which fuse is for what? that is on the inside of the fuse box door
