2002 Nissan Pathfinder air conditioner/heater problem!

I have a 2002 Nissan pathfinder: The air conditioner and heater will not turn off. The air blowing speed stays on high speed and will not go down. Also the temperature can only turn extremely hot or extremely cold. any ideas on how to fix this?

You need to replace the Fan Amp $110.00 at Courtesy Nissan.com. Local dealer approx. $150.00. Or you can purchase the replacement part for $15.00 at Mouser electronics, part number 526nte2393 if you or electronically inclined.

Where is cabin air filter on 1997 nissan pathfinder

The 1997 Pathfinder does not have a Cabin Ait Filter. Not until 2001-2002 did Pathfinders come with CAFs. I have a 1998 Pathfinder and wasted 2 hours of my life I will never get back because some outfit on the Internet was listing a CAF for 96 and on Pathfinders they obviously had not done their research.

My 2002 nissan Pathfinders heater switch works on on 1,2,3 not 4

For the screeching noise you need to replace the blower motor and for the blower motor speed you need to replace the blower motor resistor.

2002 nissan pathfinder will crank but not start this happened out the blue? why!!!!

check your air filter first. If it hasn't been replaced before, it would prevent air flow and accurate metering to the MAF sensor.

What is estimated cost of a tune up for a 2002 nissan pathfinder?

Tune up? They went away in the 1980's.
Replacing of the plugs and air filter is about all that is needed.
Of course any shop will charge $100 for this with "added" features!
