We have had a couple of mechanics check this car. It cranks but wont start, we have used the scanner but there is no reading, checked the spark plugs, fuel pump, fuses, fuel filter, fuel pump and newly replaced cam sensor and crank angle sensor. I have also had the key programmed. But the car still won't start and it is driving me mad. Desperately need help. If the issue may be an immobilizer do you know of company who will come out and fix the problem.

not all scanners a created equal. You need to check for trouble codes...............but it must be fixec by now.

Have you tried replacing the starter? I know starters can go bad if the car is not started or run for a long time.
I am getting the same car, with the same issue.. it sat for 2 yrs and won't start.
My mechanic told me it is probably a starter.

check the fuseble link.
you can measure it, and make sure the contact are clean and secured.
the other thing is the check the ignition switch, make sure you have 12v going to the switch.
check thermo switch on top of the block.

p0560 is system voltage problem. open or short between the battery positive and the ecm.CHECK ALL FUSES. dosnt matter what they are labeled under dash and under hood replace any that are bad and retry to start. no start then check voltage to ecm grounds to. i dont have a wireing diagram to give you but for a small fee or free the dealer can make you a copy.make sure all the wires that go to battery terminals are not corroded and are making good contact [verified with volt meter]. if after all checks ok then replace ecm. as a side note i havent had to change one ever.
