I have a 1998 chevy silverado 1500 4x4 would I be able to motor swap it with a 1999 chevy silverado 2500 with a 5.7 without having to swap out the transmission

Should be able to. Just make sure that if you have a std. transmission, that the replacement engine has a throw-out bearing installed. Or vise versa. And check your sensors, you might need to swap from the old to the new motor to make things work.

2003 chevy silverado blower motor wont work i tested blower motor it works i just replaced the resistor and still dosent work, i also checked the fuses and the are ok please what else could it be

Is the blower motor not getting power or ground ?
There are two fuses that power the HVAC control module. The module controls the blower motor processor and the blend doors.
Have you tested the module and processor ?
You may need a shop manual for the wiring diagrams and procedures.

Where is blower motor resister on 99 chevy pick-up

There is a cover that you have to remove under the blower motor on the passenger side. It goes halfway across the bottom of the dash it is held in place with 4 screws. I think they are 7 millimetter or 5.5 millimetter. Once cover is out of the way look by the blower motor and you willl see the resistor the wires plug directly to the blower motor those screws are 5.5. I hope Ive been a help. Thank You
