Several answers sound good and may help. Here is what I am thinking:
if the engine runs for only a minute, it probably not a sensor. That is not enough r time for the engine to get warm.
It is possible that it is the injectors, but not likely that they are all so plugged that the engine stalls after a minute. If they are that plugged, it probably wouldn't start well.
Answer these questions, then we can narrow in on this issue:
Is always the same amount of time before it stalls?
If you rev the engine a little, does it stall sooner?
You mentioned replacing the pump. Did you replace the in tank pick up filter?
And, as a follow up to that, you mentioned replacing the fuel filter. Was that the filter in the line, or the one in the tank? (I know a repeated question)
When you turn the key on, without starting the engine, do you hear the fuel pump hum for a few seconds, then stop?

Check your grounds. I find many easy fixes by cleaning all the grounds around the engine bay. I would also check the ground at the fuel pump connector that wiring is prone to corrosion and breakage

Sounds like a sensor is breaking down under heat of engine.
Try the Crank sensor (under the alternator at front of engine with a 2 pin multiplug attached. Or the Cam sensor (more likely) placed behind the oil filler neck and looks the same as the crank sensor. Breakers should sell you these for approx £20 each.

check you ecu. same problem happen to me in an izuzu rodeo. I let my fuel get to low and it sucked dirt into the filter and messed with that and it set off a code for the ecu and messed it up but if i had just replaced the ecu first i wouldnt have had to change the injectors or anything.
Possible dirty fuel injector which is most common. It can also be bad oxygen sensors, vacuum leak, or worst case a leak at the intake manifold.
