Valve stuck in half opened position. I completely disassembly valve and clean axis. You need pull out valve axis completely and clean both parts, valve body too ...

gee there is no answer to that, as it can change by year made block and head, and head options and if turbo.
nobody on earth can guess what you drive or what is under that hood.(bonnet in UK)
google and wiki both say it is made by Mitsubishi
so 1 down 2 to go, car model and year.

wiki said sold with 2 heads, SOHC and DOHC, means single or dual cams. and the TORQUE is not that same
and ever heard of TTY torgue to yield? bolts 1, time use and are count and angle set never with torque. got TTY there
well no car told. so no service manual to read that.
so why not learn to buy the manual and read all that, as any savvy tech does and not guess and not ask the blind on the internet

the only Mitsus engine here uSA small ie 1,5L 1999 and is TTY
so now you know 1999 that is the trend by them./
no car model told no year.

if smart and savvy replace them regardless, 23 year old bolts are junk.now.
and RTM the service manual or the seller of the bolt set
like fabulous , FELPRO(tm) tells you flat out it is TTY
and the box sheet tells you what to do !

harmonic balancer off
timing cover off
timing belt can stay on

Torque the head bolts no more than 50 to 60 foot pounds

nut on the throttle body. turn the nut to adjust

Go on line and type in auto type year and make for repair manual. Chilton's repair manual is also a good one can be got at your local auto parts store.

1) ground the tan connector in the firewall.
2) read base timing
3) adjust cam angle sensor to 5 degrees.

what is the accurate speed in fifth gear when the r p m is on 4.i have junior pajero 1100 cc manual gear.when my junior is on 100 km/h the r p m is 4.

Diesels do lose a little oil out the blow-by tube. If the engine temp. is higher then normal then you will lose more then normal amounts. If you are not leaking it then you are burning it, Possibly worn rings, head-gasket, or oil leak inside turbo. 68 MPH and higher doesn't sound unusual, is the engine still stock?

I have a pajero junior 1997 4A31, I am having problems, with my gear, when take off in D the car is slow, and up hill no power in 2nd & D, in Load ok. Plse advise. Thank you.
