Time to take the vehicle to your local Ford dealer to have the system diagnosed and have the needed repairs completed. Do not try to fix the system yourself as you may deploy the sir bag by accident and injury may occur. Not to mention that replacement of an air bag is very expensive. from what i know the 5-2 flash has to do with the clock spring. Any issues with the airbag system need to be looked at. When the light flashes there is a short, and that could cause an issue with random airbags going off or them not going off when you need them. Another sign of the clockspring going bad is the horn either not working or randomly not working. If you dont know what your doing have a shop handle it.

Primary Crash Sensor #2 Feed/Return Circuit - Open
prior to doing any work to your airbag disconnect the battery for 30 minutes to discharge the system. you could cause your airbag to deploy if you dont.
