SOURCE: ok when i drive like for 40 miles and stop

You do not say whether the starter actully works and engine does not fire or whether the starter does not function. If no starter function, you should at least hear a click, if so the solenoid on the starter motor is faulty.

SOURCE: engine runs rough, misfires& lacks power.

I have had the same problem, first time it would start and run, but very rough, driving was do-able, but no power at all, changed the 2 ignition coils under the tower, ran perfect, 4 years later, same thing, ignition coils are under the alum plate on top of engine on the 2.4l, tower is connected to the plate from under side. take the small screws out of the tower and you will find the coils inside the bottom of it, coils at advance auto are 44 bucks each, same coils are 22 bucks each at rockauto.com ;)

My car always jeck after running for more than 45 minutes. when it rest and get cooled, it runs perfectly but when it becomes a little bit hotter than it starts jecking sometimes the engines goes off and...

You will need to check on the two major areas of suspicion.
1. Check the fuel pump as on heat some pumps can bring in low pressure and irregular injections.
try and calibrate the pump to confirm with heat simulated .
2. Check the HT spark on the plugs, check the spark when the engine is hot , check the HT coils and the plugs and most important the ignition system.
The poor performance of the fuel and spark setting- timing -can reduce performance and thus increase the fuel consumption.

Everytime the car change gears its jecks

First has the trany fluid and filter been changed? they should be changed when your owners man. states.(most of the time its around 100k miles) I've found that (Lucas transmission fix) works great on most trany problems.
