SOURCE: Horn won't blow even after replacing fuse.

Clean all the connections at the horn. Check for power at the horn. If there is power at the horn, check for a good earth. You may even fit a new earth cable. Failing these solutions, you may need to get a replacement horn.

SOURCE: fuse problem in my kia sportage 1996

Are you sure that you looked at ALL the Fuses? Could be the Cigarette Lighter Fuse or a Fuse under the Hood in That Fuse Box. There are a Few fuses that Link between the Fuse Boxes and Have Multiple Functions. Try this and see.

SOURCE: My horn stop working on my 03 kia rio. What should

Check the fuse, relay first and then check the connection to the horn. The connection to the horn is subject to corrosion and the ground may have gone bad. Once the fuse, relay and wire has been addressed with no signs of failure, I'ld check the horn button last. replace the horn button if the horn pad fail's. Keep me posted, be glad to help.

My 2005 Pontiac Sunfire horn stopped working. I've tried replacing the fuse, but that's not the problem. Any ideas?

Hello: It could be a failed horn. the best way to check is to get a test light and connect one end to the green wire at the horn connection and the other end to a good ground, have helper press horn. if test light lights up the horn has failed. also you might check the fuse box under the hood and see if there is a horn relay. if there is a horn relay then look to see if there another relay like it. if there is one swap the relays and see if the horn works.

Horn would not work 3 months ago on Dodge Neon rt 2001; problem was intermittent so shop replaced horn 2 different times and it still had the problem. Took it to dealer and by then locks weren't working....

Lets try step by step heck $600 you re-run a new horn. Open your hood, and take the fuse/relay box cover off. Press your horn listen for the relay to click in the box if the relay does not click then it is not triggering. take a paperclip and pull the horn relay and jumper 30 and 87 as seen on the bottom of the relay in its corresponding spots in the panel. Your horn should sound. The last time i ran across this problem was the steering coulmn did not have an adequate ground, checking that could be a simple check of jumper cable to the metal of the column and the battery ground.

Horn keeps blowing on 1995 riveria won't stop till fuse blows

This exact same thing happened to my 1994 Buick Skylark Coupe. It started to go off just now and then, and it wouldn't stop until the fuse blew (like you said), or I literally punched the steering wheel repeatedly and sometimes it would stop. I assumed the horn was shorting out. One day it just stopped working all together. I took it into the dealership and they said that it had in fact shorted out. I bought a new horn kit on eBay, and had it put in by one of my buddies that is a mechanic for a Nissan dealership, and it resolved the issue. I'm guessing your horn is shorting out as well. I'd bet that the same exact horn that is in the 1994 Skylark is also in your 1995 Riveria. Not SURE, but I'm guessing. Check around for a replacement, or ask the dealer if they can order you one. Hope this helps!

2002 Saturn L100 No Cruise control, audio after panic horn

The body control module (BCM) controls the operation of the horn for the security system and remote keyless entry (RKE) functions. Circuit 28 is grounded by the BCM when the horn operation is desired. Normal operation of the horn is performed by the horn switch grounding the horn relay and is not controlled by the BCM.
You don't need to take this to a dealer ,besides there are no more saturn dealers . Try a independent repair shop .
Does the cruise control light light up when you turn the cruise on ? Have you checked the fuse's ?

2006 Hyundai Elantra horn does not work

Hi the only things i can think of here would be the following

Faulty horn switch

Faulty horn (the bit that goes beep ;-)

The relay for the horn

or somewhere in the wiring it is shorting out and making the horn fail

I wouldnt let the dealer give me the car back until they have checked all of these all very simple jobs

Hope this helps

Horn died

It is either the rotating contact under the steering wheel that connects the horn button to the horn relay, or the horn relay and or the horn itself.
