The ECT runs the ECU. tells ECU coolant temp.

SOURCE: I cant find the computer on a '97 Geo Prizm LSI
it normally is up behind the glove box or under the hood you can try autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you
SOURCE: 1993 Geo Prizm Lsi Harmonic Balancer
Yes a harmanic balancer from tha corolla is the same thing. I had to do the same thing with my 95 geo. It works out to be a lot cheaper buying for a toyota than a geo.
SOURCE: 1994 Geo Prizm LSI running one day won't crank next day
turns over and crank are the same thing,
so you are saying it does crank over but no start, right?
you need to determine if you have at least 50psi of fuel pressure in fuel rail at reed valve.
SOURCE: 1993 Geo Prizm turn signals
You have a bad turn signal switch if the hazards work and the turn signals do not. It has nothing to do with the fuse or the flasher unit. Your switch is bad or you have a bad connection some where.
SOURCE: 1951 chevrolet w 1998 7.4 temp gauge inop
Can you ground the temp gauge wire and make the gauge move ?
That would tell you if the sending unit is toast.
