My 1994 Chrysler lhs, will start and run for apx 5 seconds then shut off.. I replaced the fuel pump, the ecm, the plugs, plug wires, coil pack, cam and crank sensor and still it will start, run for 5 secs then die, over and over for apx 20 times... then it will NOT start until the next morning... I am curious, does the BCM (Body Control Module) have to be programed to the ECM (Engine Computer Module) (Brain) so all functions such as the anti theft will work in harmony? Or does anyone have a clue of what is going on with my LHS?

It's either a spark or fuel fault , if there is spark after it shuts down it is a fuel fault. connect a pressure gauge in the fuel line, start the engine , note fuel pressure around 35 psi , stop engine , pressure should drop a little then hold, if not check pump return valve and pressure regulator , check fuel flow , if low replace fuel filter,

Most Chrysler cars do have an anti-theft system that can cut out the engine.
I would call the service department, with your VIN handy, and see if yours was equipped with one, and what you need to reset it.
If that isn't the problem, your EGR valve might be bad, or the sensor for it. I've seen a lot of cars where if either the valve itself, or the sensor are malfunctioning, the car won't run properly.
I would also check your MAF and IAC, as those can cause the car to not run.
If you can, get an OBDII code scanner, and pull the codes from your car, they might give you a more specific place to look. (Most parts stores will let you take one home, you put a deposit down, and get it back when you bringthe scanner back to them)
